This is a rollover to update duty rates for Korea FTAs and PTAs.  This rollover updates the following duties and taxes: Adjustment Rate, Special Emergency, Korea-EFTA FTA Concessive, Korea-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, Korea-Chile FTA Concessive, Korea-Singapore FTA Concessive, Korea-EFTA FTA Concessive Duty for Switzerland, Korea-EFTA FTA Concessive Duty for Norway, Korea-EFTA FTA Concessive Duty for Iceland, and Value Added Taxes.  This rollover also adds a new FTA of Korea-India FTA Concessive, affecting all the chapters.

Duty rates have been updated for China Free Trade Agreements and Preferential Trade Agreements.  The Editorial Department of the Customs Import and Export Tariff of China has published the 2010 FTA and PTA duties.  It changes FTA and PTA duties to the products across the tariff schedule and also updates HS descriptions and Consumption Taxes.

AZERBAIJAN: 2009 Azerbaijan Landed Cost has been rolled over.  HS numbers, HS descriptions, default duty rates, VAT rates, VAT rate exemptions, excise rate and excise rate exemptions are included.

CHINA: The Editorial Department of the Customs Import and Export Tariff of China has published the 2010 Tariff Schedule. This rollover adds and deletes HTS, changes general duties and MFN preferential rates to products across the tariff schedule.

HONG KONG: The Census and Statistics Department has published the 2010 Hong Kong Imports and Exports Classification List (Harmonized System). This is an update to add and delete HTS and UOMs.

SRI LANKA: This is an update for change in customs and excise duty for petroleum products and deletion of surcharge for plastics products.  The following HTS chapters are affected: 27 and 39.

ARGENTINA

The 2009 Tariff Schedule for Argentina has been updated.  HTS numbers have been added and deleted.  Existing HTS descriptions have been modified for products classified under certain chapters.  The following HTS chapters are affected: 03, 15, 29, 30, 32, 38, 85, and 90.

BRAZIL

Brazil has adjusted duty rates and IPI rates.  HTS numbers have also been added and deleted, affecting certain chapters across the tariff.

The United States has made changes to its Anti Dumping and Countervailing duties.  Updates made to these import controls affect many products across the tariff.

Brazilian duty rates have been updated across the tariff.  The following HTS chapters are affected: 29, 38, 53, 71, 85.
