TSA members have announced a new Bunker formula, effective August 1 – August 31, 2010:
- $652 per 20′ container
- $815 per 40′ container
- $917 per 40′ high-cube container
- $1032 per 45′ container
- $18 per metric ton or cubic meter
Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) will implement a GRI for cargo loading or discharging at US or Mexican ports. Effective April 1, 2010, the following increase will apply: USD 400/20′, USD 500/40′. For cargo loading or discharging in Montreal, the increase will be: USD 320/20′, USD 400/40’.
Maersk Line will implement a General Rate Increase for cargo moving between the US and Canada to/from Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea. Effective April 1, 2010, the following GRI will apply:

Mediterranean Shipping Company SA (MSC) will implement a GRI effective April 1, 2010:

TSA members have announced the following Bunker levels, effective January 1 – January 31, 2010: $860/40′ and $19/metric ton or cubic meter. The following Bunker formula will be effective through March 31, 2010: $348/40′ container (WC), $689/40′ (EC/Gulf).
TSA members also announce the following Inland Fuel levels, effective January 1 – March 31, 2010:
- $200 for rail/intermodal
- $100 for RIPI
- $58 for Group 4/EC local SDD truck

- WC Dry: $402/20′, $503/40′ & 45′
- EC Dry: $799/20′, $999/40′ & 45′
